At GnB Coffee, we have a strict non-refundable policy on all coffee beans sold. However, if you receive faulty or incorrectly described goods, or if the product you received is different from what you ordered on our website, you have the option to request a refund through your original payment method or exchange the item. If you are dissatisfied with any purchase for any reason, please reach out to us via our contact page within 14 days of the shipment date to request a replacement. When contacting us, kindly provide your name, date of purchase, order number, details of the items being returned, and the reason for the return. Please ensure that you return the goods to us within 7 days of the delivery date using SF Express as the shipping carrier. We will provide you with the return address once we confirm the return. Please take note of the following:

  1. Merchandise items must be returned in their original new condition, including all original packaging.
  2. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  3. The customer is responsible for prepaying all return shipping charges.
  4. Online purchases can only be exchanged through SF Express delivery.
